Important details

VIP check-in will take place approx. 2 hours before the show doors, so you should expect to arrive at 3.30pm for a 4pm start. You will be emailed closer to the event to confirm the time.

IMPORTANT! THIS IS AN UPGRADE AND DOES NOT INCLUDE A TICKET TO THE ACTUAL SHOW. A GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET TO THE SHOW MUST BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY PRIOR TO PURCHASING A VIP PRODUCT, AS VIP ALONE WILL NOT ALLOW YOU ACCESS TO THE CONCERT.

YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL IS YOUR TICKET TO GAIN ENTRY TO THE VIP EVENTS ON THE TOUR. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PRINT OUT OR HAVE YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL TO HAND ON A MOBILE DEVICE TO SHOW AT THE DOOR WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE EVENT.

However, we understand that circumstances may arise, and we are happy to offer a one-time transfer of tickets to another person or party.
